Dear peoples,

I'm sorry we haven't responded sooner to the recent inquisitons concerning the band.  This was due to the fact we were waiting on some issues to be resolved before we made any statements.  Since it seems this may take some time, here's where things stand.  As to the heart of the issue, yes we are splitting up.  Whether this is a temporary situation or something more permanent we don't know right now.  What is known is that each of us has decided that is in our best interest and wishes to move on to other areas of our lives right now.  Scott is planning on recording a solo album which has been a desire of his for some time.  If any of you have seen his recent solo performances, you know this promises to be something special.  Mike has a previously recorded album he is in the process of having mastered for a first time release on CD.  He is also working on songs for a new solo album.  Paxton is off to chase the elusive sheepskin in an effort to become a proud UT alumnus.  I am going to work and have some potential musical projects which may come to light.

We have a few show dates we are going to finish - the final one being New Year's Eve.  After that we won't be playing.   We are in the process, however, of releasing a live album.  It will be called "Are You Through Yet?", which is kind of an ironic title given the fact we named it before we decided to disband. This CD will contain 17 songs recorded at the Down Home in Johnson City in August of this year.  It was recorded to 16 track ADAT which we mixed down and then had mastered.  We are proud of the way it turned out and think you will like it if you choose to buy it.  We are waiting on some clearances concerning the album, which is why we haven't responded to the breakup rumours sooner.  Hopefully we will know something soon.  The CD will be released exclusively by us on our website which will remain up and running for some time.  Check it for updates concerning this album and other V-Roys related info.

We can't event begin to tell you how much fun we've had and what an enjoyable experience it's been to meet and share good times with you guys.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us and showing us such friendship.  Take care and hopefully we'll see you at the shows.
